Effective August 3, 2026. By accepting these Terms during checkout and purchasing a NovaTweaks service, you agree to the following terms.

Results & Liability

Hardware Dependent: Results and performance gains vary and depend on your specific hardware configuration.
Proceed at Risk: We are not responsible for hardware damage, data loss, or instability. Modifying your system carries risk.
Backup Recommended: Please back up important data before service. A restore point is created before paid sessions when supported.

Secure Checkout: Website service orders are processed by Stripe using the payment methods available at checkout.
Full Payment Upfront: 100% of the displayed price and applicable tax is required before an order ticket is created or work begins.
Final Sale: Completed service purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Billing Information: Stripe collects the customer name, email, billing address, and payment information needed to process payment and calculate tax. NovaTweaks does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes.
Payment Disputes: Contact NovaTweaks in your private Discord order ticket before opening a payment dispute so we can review any billing or service issue.

Discord Required: You must sign in with Discord and be a member of the NovaTweaks server before purchasing.
Order Identity: Your purchase is connected to the Discord account used at checkout. Do not purchase for a different account unless staff approves it in advance.
Automatic Ticket: A private Discord order ticket is created only after Stripe confirms successful payment through its signed webhook.
Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate PC specifications, availability, and other information requested in the order ticket.

Patience: Optimization may take multiple days.
Missed Appointments: Requires rescheduling.
Inactivity: 24h unresponsiveness may close your ticket.
Reversibility: A restore point is created before paid sessions when supported, so the session can be rolled back. No complete change log is provided after the session.
